Sunny days  will be here soon and I wanted to take a moment to educate those who are scared to death of the so-called harmful effects of sunlight. It really irks me to see people lather their skin with toxic lotions to “protect” their skin from the radiation of the sun. Moderation is the key here. So don’t go out frying yourself under the sun during peak hours of mid-summer. 30-60 minutes a day of sunlight is sufficient. Also, high intake of antioxidants will increase your skin’s resistance to any potential sunburn and will give you a nice glow.
