Nature’s First Law – Resources for Massive Health Abundance
I just got my shipment of Organic Raw Chocolate from David Wolfe’s site
www.rawfood.com . This guy by far is one of the top nutritional experts in the world. I love listening to his lectures and I have benefited a great deal from his knowledge. Stay tuned for more on this guy as I will be relaying what I learned from him on my blog. I make this smoothie that is so good and actually you feel good afterwards rather then bloated. The recipe is simple. I throw in my mixer about 2 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut, a tbsp of Organic Raw Chocolate powder, some Organic Raw Agave nectar to taste depending on how sweet you like your smoothie, and finally organic almond milk. I don’t know if such a thing as Organic Cold-Pressed Brazil nuts exists but if it does replace it with that and that right there will give you more nutrition then the average American gets in their Standard American Diet (SAD) in a week.
By the way, I found an excellent deal on Amazon for the Madhava Organic Raw Agave Nectar where a case of 12 was for $33.75 and it qualifies for free shipping. The deal was a steal so I have a good supply of Agave now. Agave is good because it is low on the glycemic index and it actually tastes sweet like mild honey and not like those nasty sweeteners out there. I want to mention one last thing before I end this. Don’t buy organic raw chocolate from just any random place even if they claim to have good quality chocolate. David Wolfe is expert on chocolate nutrition and actually he has a book on it called “The Naked Chocolate”, which I think he wrote with Shazzie (this smoking chick from England). There is thorough inspections and processing with their Cacao and you actually feel it when you taste their product and see it when you open their package and look at the powder. Cacao is so amazing that the days I take it in the morning, I am so focused, calm and productive that I can feel a tremendous difference in my productiveness. That’s my 2 cents and you won’t know what I’m talking about until you try it for yourself.
